Frequently asked questions

Your questions,
our answers.

Can I sell my property if it is rented through Belvie?

Yes. A rented property sells very well, often to an investor who is looking precisely for immediate rental income. We can even help you sell it while keeping the guaranteed rent in place for the buyer.

How much does the valuation cost?

Nothing. The valuation is free and non-binding, whether or not you decide to sell with us.

Non-exclusive or exclusive mandate: what's the difference?

An exclusive mandate entrusts the sale to us exclusively, which allows us to invest more in presenting the property and in negotiation. A non-exclusive mandate leaves you free to use several channels in parallel. We recommend the option best suited to your property during the valuation.

Who pays the agency fees?

Depending on the mandate, the fees may be paid by the seller or by the buyer. The calculation method and exact amount are stated in the mandate and in each listing, in accordance with regulations.

I'm already an owner with Belvie (guaranteed rent) — how does it work if I sell?

We already know your property, your tenant and your situation — the valuation and the sale go faster, and we organize the transition with the tenant in place, with no disruption for anyone.
