What Belvie takes care of for you.

A hotel gets expensive over time and feels nothing like home. A standard lease requires a guarantor, a deposit and a notice period. Belvie sits between the two.

A company invoice
The housing is invoiced to the company, with written terms from the very first exchange. Your employee pays nothing upfront and files no expense claims.
Apartments we manage ourselves
We're not a platform: every apartment is leased by Belvie, inspected, furnished and equipped. Linens provided, cleaning taken care of, on-site assistance if needed.
For the length of the assignment, no longer
A week, a month or several months. The stay extends or ends with the assignment, with no long-term commitment imposed.

Linens, cleaning, keys handed over on site. Assistance stays reachable throughout the stay.
