2.1 Contact / audit form
When you fill out a form on our site, we collect:
- First name
- Phone number
- Property address (if provided)
- Free-text message (if provided)
Purpose: To process your audit request, call you back and offer you an estimate of the guaranteed rent.
Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
Retention period: 3 years from the last contact.
2.2 Appointment booking (Calendly)
If you use our appointment booking button, you are redirected to the Calendly service (Calendly LLC, United States). Calendly collects the data needed to book the appointment in accordance with its own privacy policy.
2.3 Cookies and trackers
- Microsoft Clarity: anonymized heatmap and session recording tool. Legal basis: consent.
- Google Analytics 4: anonymized audience measurement (if enabled). Legal basis: consent.
- Formspree: form processing. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
3. Data recipients
Your data may be shared with:
- Formspree, Inc. (form processing)
- Calendly LLC (appointment booking)
- Microsoft Corporation (Clarity — analytics)
- Google LLC (Analytics — if enabled) — transfers governed by the EU standard contractual clauses
No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Certain providers (Google, Microsoft, Formspree, Calendly) are established in the United States. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decision).
